On receipt of all of the information we require, you will be entered into a weekly raffle for the chance to win a family ticket (for 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children), valid for a single visit in the 12 month period following your fundraising event. The ticket will be sent out by second class post and the envelope will also include a Farm Park leaflet.
Due to the volume of fundraising requests, we unfortunately cannot acknowledge receipt of your entry, or contact you regarding whether you have been successful.
Prior to completing this page you must ensure that you have authority on behalf of the organisation you are representing and we understand that by completing this form you have received such consent. Any information you provide on this page will remain confidential to us and we will not share your data with any third parties.
Following your event, we require a letter on headed paper from your organisaton, detailing the outcome of your fundraising and acknowledging our donation.
