    • Christmas Pottery 

      Join us for some festive pottery fun!

      In this Christmas pottery session, you’ll have the chance to create your own air-dry decorations, from tealight holders to trinket dishes or ornaments, and take them home at the end of the workshop.

      We’ll provide all materials, and no experience is needed - you’ll be guided through each step with tips and ideas.

      Numbers are limited, so please book your place early to avoid disappointment!

      The event will take place at the St John’s Youth Centre, Swanpool Road, Worcester WR2 4EL

       

      This project has been made possible thanks to the National Lottery Awards for All Programme, which has provided funding towards our Everyday People Project. This allows us to run a programme of arts activities over the next year.

    • Attachment course with Dr Rachel

      Join Dr Rachel's Attachment course to understand attachment and learn effective strategies for better managing it in the future.

       

      This course covers the following:

      1. Introduction to Attachment 

      2. How to rewire your brain for better attachments 

      3. Boundary setting

      4. Healthy relationships on all levels

      Join Dr Rachel's Be Series where each session focuses on and helps you explore three key areas of each topic.

       

      This session will help you understand how to:

      • Gain rapport

      • Manage conflict

    • Access to Records Support Group

      This support group is for care experienced people who have either already accessed their records or are in the process of accessing them and need support.

       

      This session is being hosted by Rees Ambassador Jackie McCartney.

      Group for care experienced people of all ages to discuss a range of topics. Each online session focusses on something different.​

      Be Series: Be Calm

      Join Dr Rachel's Be Series where each session focuses on and helps you explore three key areas of each topic.

       

      This session will help you understand:

       

      • Why we have anxiety
      • How trauma affects us
      • How to create growth and enhance how we feel

    • Careers Drop-In with Lucy

      Book a 15 minute slot with Lucy, our Careers Mentor, who will be on hand to offer help and advice to care experienced people looking for a new job, training or to get into higher education!

      Please note, booking slots will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

    • Power of Intention workshop with Dr Rachel

      This workshop looks into what intention is and why we
      need it. The module also runs through processes
      and offers a chance to reflect, connect, and ask
      any questions.

      These sessions will help you clarify your needs, build a self-care toolkit, explore traditions, and strengthen connections, while offering insights on reflection and creating meaningful rituals.
