IYQ Event Submission

This form is for submitting information about 2025 events at all levels aimed at either

increasing public awareness of the importance of quantum science and applications,
enhancing international, multilateral and interdisciplinary scientific cooperation among research institutions, researchers and innovators in quantum science and technology; and/or
ensuring a focus on the application of quantum science and technology for sustainable development.

Our goal is to use the 2025 International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ) to highlight and promote these events on the IYQ website and other media feeds.

All events can be promoted with the IYQ logo; if the logo is used online, please link it to the main IYQ website, quantum2025.org. Social media posts promoting your event are encouraged to use the hashtag #IYQ2025.

If you are organizing distinct events at different locations and/or times, please submit a separate form for each event.

Events will appear on an Events Calendar that will be publicly available on the IYQ website towards the latter part of 2024. Any changes to submitted events can be sent to info@quantum2025.org.
