Do you feel that the fee and / or commission paid is fair?Obviously, I've got to earn a living, so my little business either charges a fee, or earns commission, or for some products, it's a combination. That said, it's really important to me you feel you're getting value for your money!
Everything feels like really fair value! Not too much, but not too little.
I guess it's ok. I've no really strong feelings on it

How would you feel about having to tell me something which is very personal, or perhaps upsetting?This maybe feels like an odd question, but sometimes things that aren't easy to talk about can have a huge effect on making sure you get the right advice, so I'm checking if I'm giving people the right space, comfort and environment for talking freely.
I'd tell you anything that felt relevant, without hesitation!

Yeah, I get what you're saying, but no, I think I'd rather not discuss personal or upsetting things with you.
I'd never tell anyone, in any situation, ANYTHING I didn't feel was absolutely vital that they knew! "It's not you, it's me!"
