If you are applying for an Essential Companion Ticket (Previously Personal Assistant or PA ticket), accessible toilets, viewing platforms or an assistant dog then you will also be required to input either your Nimbus access card ID number or Boomtown Access Pass number, which you can apply for here.

Pre-approved Accessibility Requirements
Access to the following facilities is subject to prior approval by Nimbus as part of your Access Card registration process:
- Essential Companion Ticket (Previously Personal Assistant or PA ticket)
- Raised Viewing Platforms
- Accessible Toilets
If you have been identified & approved by Nimbus as needing any of these facilities, you will automatically be approved for their use by the Boomtown Access team. ALL facilities that you are approved for will be detailed in your confirmation email.

You will also need to be approved by Nimbus to bring an Assistance Dog. However, the assistance dog symbol does not automatically authorize bringing your dog to Boomtown. Please contact the Boomtown Access Team at access@boomtownfair.co.uk if you wish to bring your assistance dog.

The Nimbus Access card Number can be found under ID Number on your physical card. The Download Digital Access Pass I.D can be found in your confirmation email from Nimbus.

Overnight Electrical Supply
Personal electric hook ups are only approved for those who need consistent power at their camping location in order to run essential medical equipment (e.g. CPAP machines). This is only available at the Meadow Accessible Campsite.

We ask to see a doctor’s note or diagnosis letter confirming the machine and the nature of it's use.

You will be asked to sign a disclaimer for responsible use of the power supply.

If you have a device that needs charging (mobility scooters) or one off connections to power when in use (Nebuliser) you are welcome to use the charging facility at the Meadow Campsite Access Hub.
Power requests are limited and issued on essential need basis.

Please kindly note we can only provide electrical hook ups in the Meadow Accessible campsite. We are unable to provide electrical hook ups to any other campsite at the Festival. We highly recommend camping with us in The Meadow if you need overnight charge for an essential medical device.

Authorise an Assistance Dog

Please kindly note that the deadline for requesting to bring an assistance dog is 6th July 2025.

Boomtown recognises accredited guide dogs and assistance dogs that have been trained by a member of the International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF) or Assistance Dogs International (ADI). Festival-goers wishing to bring their accredited assistance dog must provide proof by showing the Assistance Dog symbol on their Access Card/Pass.

However, having the assistance dog symbol does not automatically authorise bringing your dog to Boomtown. Please contact the Boomtown Access Team at access@boomtownfair.co.uk if you wish to bring your assistance dog who will discuss our Assistance Dogs Policy with you.

Boomtown is a large capacity festival where dogs will experience dense crowds, high noise levels, lasers, strobes, and pyrotechnics. We ask you to carefully consider the dog’s welfare and whether they can handle this type of environment for up to five days. If you are unable to bring your assistance dog we encourage you to request an Essential Companion (previously PA) ticket, which may help make the site more accessible for you.

If authorised to bring an assistance dog, you will be required to camp in The Meadow Accessible Campsite. You will receive information on designated dog spending areas and waste disposal. Owners are responsible for managing their dog’s hygiene while onsite, including clearing up all waste.
Attending with an Assistance Dog requires further discussion with the Access Team before arrival, a member of our team we will be in touch with you by email for further information. I would like to request to bring an Assistance Dog with me.*
