Thank you for your interest in volunteering for BEASTLY 25, this amazing event couldn't take place without people like you! We are predicting to welcome in excess of 1,000 young people to BEASTLY 25. This form can also be used to register for our adult social.

This form will capture some details about you, dietary requirements and ask which parts of the event you are able to join as well as giving the opportunity to purchase event clothing if desired.

Each volunteer should complete this form, you cannot register multiple volunteers in the same submission.

Our volunteer social is a great opportunity for us to relax and socalise with other volunteers. If you have been volunteering for the day then this is free of charge for you to attend and we'll provide your dinner.

If you are attending the social only there is a small charge for this part of the event. £10 per adult which includes dinner and site fees if staying overnight.

You may also bring partners, other adults along at the same cost. Under 18's are permitted but they remain your responsibility at all times during the social/overnight event. There will be alcohol during this portion of the event.

All adults staying overnight will require a Scouting disclosure in place. A member of the team will help get this in place if required.
