- Act Information - Description of Act, Performance Options, Pricing

- A Minimum of 6 Images - otherwise we cannot promote you

- '5 Reasons To Book' - Bullet point style selling your act

- Required Yes/No fields / Tick Boxes - Legal Reasons

5 Key Reasons To Book Your Act  

This is your chance to tell us the unique points about your act that. They must be short & sharp. E.g. Worked with Cirque du Soleil. These fields are mandatory.

Please Upload 5 Unbranded & High-Quality Images. We do not accept any images taken on phones or low-quality cameras.

Important Information

You need to inform us legally of a business 'split', which is done through informing the media team (media@juliacharleseventmanagement.co.uk) and accounts team (accounts@juliacharleseventmanagement.co.uk)

If you split but still want to be promoted on our website, we will require you to fill in a new Act Registration Form.

Please note that we may edit, recreate or change your images, videos & name at our discretion. This is to stop clients from going direct. Julia Charles Event Management works with artists on a contracted, self-employed basis. If you're accepted there will be further terms & conditions which will be sent to you once you've been successfully added to the roster or upon your first confirmed event. We reserve the right to decline your registration form without notice if you haven't correctly filled out the form and adhered to our terms. We don't charge for promoting you as a service so it's important you give us much information as possible and to the best of your abilities.

Julia Charles Event Management work with suppliers and artists on a contracted, self-employed basis. You are responsible for your own Tax & NI contributions.

If you are accepted you will be subject to our terms and conditions which will be sent to you upon your 1st confirmed event with us, or you can read our Terms above. We do not charge for promoting you as a service so it is important you give us much information as possible and to the best of your abilities.
