Is coffee coming out of the grinder?

Is the dose (amount of coffee) 18 grams?

Check the following (Mazzer Major):

That the hopper is open:

That it's not clogged (no coffee coming out):

That the anti-static grid is not missing or broken:

if coffee is stuck clean it and do dial in making sure coffee is not too coarse or too fine
If the anti static screen is broken or missing order a new one

That it's not clogged (no coffee coming out):

That declumper missing or broken:

if coffee is stuck clean it and do dial in making sure coffee is not too coarse or too fine
If the de clumper is broken or missing order a new one

Check following

Is water still not coming out of the groups?

We now know that coffee is coming out of the grinder and water is coming out of the machine.

Try dial in procedure one more time. if you still have problems call your local operation.
