Welcome to the Blood Bikes Manchester Volunteers Form.

Please complete all sections of this form, even if its not relevant to the voluntary role applied for.

Once you submit this form, our membership secretary will get 2 instant notifications, 1 via a text message and another via email. He will respond with an email with further instructions of what he will be doing next and also what your next step will be.

The more info that is sent on this form, the easier it will be to set you up on our system.

You may be asked to complete a similar form during your voluntary role setup, by doing this it will unlock your access to our online Rota and Reporting App.

Also if you are on Facebook, a link to our Chairman's profile page will be sent for you to add him, once you do that, he will be able to give you access to our 3 Private Member Groups.

1. BBM Social Hub - Used for general chit chat between members.
2. BBM Operations Hub - Used for anything the group needs to know, for instance, changes to forms required, Rota alterations, Software Updates, Route Guidence, Hospital or Client info etc.
3. BBM Photos Hub - Group setup for you to add your Blood Bikes Photos. This will help us to manage, proof and then share your pictures on our official social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin etc.
   

Next your going to be asked for a photo of yourself. We use this for your member form. Ideally please use your phone to take a picture like the example above on a plain white or light coloured background.
