    Introduction to Finance:

    Finance is an essential team in CIP covering Reporting, Accounting & Processes, Controlling, Tax Compliance & Reporting, Financial Analysis, Fund Performance and IT, which makes them a key player in the organization. The team consists of employees who are very committed and highly skilled, which makes it a strong and solid team. The team is known and acknowledged for their work with complex issues and providing constructive solutions. The global presence results in having a large interface throughout the organization, which makes them capable of working cross functional globally. 

     

    Area of responsibilities:

    In the role as the Senior Financial Associate you will become a part of an ambitious and highly professional financial team who has the general responsibility of accounting, controlling and financial management. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in all financial reporting activity throughout the organization. Furthermore, you will be assisting the team in preparations and/or reviews of accounts and management reporting, as well as be a part of the modelling, implementation and constant development of controlling- and reporting processes for the company’s investments. The newly appointed Senior Financial Associate will also take part in informing the management and directors about the financial relations and performance by developing presentation materials used at internal management meetings. Finally, you will be continuously involved in ad hoc assignments across the organization which place high demands to both your analytical and collaborative skills.

     

    Other duties and responsibilities:

    Support all processes for month-, quarterly and year-end financial management, and investor reporting and audit. Assist in the developing of presentation materials for management and board meetings. Streamlining of financial processes within reporting in particular, as well as assisting in the automation of existing processes and the creation of new processes
    Providing support to local finance teams in various finance and tax related matters across investments and countries.


    Qualifications:
    The ideal candidate has a relevant higher education, preferably a cand.merc.aud. or similar. We imagine that you have minimum 2-5 years of experience from one of the major accounting firms and/or are in a similar position in a large company today with a basic knowledge of accounting and reporting according to Danish GAAP and IFRS. You have an extensive toolbox, and you are a super user of both Excel and PowerPoint. You will be working with several different projects where it is particularly important to be able to deliver quality and have a keen eye for the details – even when solving tasks under time pressure.
