We are delighted to be working with you to preserve your special flowers at Precious Petals.

Now that you've got our suggestions for their layout and frame, we want to make sure we get everything just right for your order and so kindly request that you fill out this form to confirm exactly what you would like.

Our prices are determined by the size and style frame that you choose plus any optional extras. We will be sure to provide you with the details once we receive your preferences.

Hand Tied Bouquets

We usually suggest that hand tied bouquets are displayed as a birdseye view in a square frame.

If you would like a side profile layout you may like to consider a rectangular frame made to fit your bouquet for an additional £50.00.

Or maybe you would like something different to the original shape of your arrangement?

This can be a beautiful way of keeping sympathy flowers.

If you could indicate that this is what you would like below our artists will get back to you to discuss ideas for your flowers.

It is our policy to use your original flowers where possible however the quote sent includes the replacement of damaged flowers. 

If our artist doesn't end up needing them, their cost will be credited to your invoice upon completion.

Please advise below if you would like us to proceed with this.

A. Background Colour

Unless otherwise instructed by you we will display your flowers against a soft cream or white background to complement your frame.

If you would prefer something different please let us know by selecting a colour below.

B. Would you like additional mounts?

A single cream mount surrounding your flowers is included in the price of your framed display but it is a lovely finish to add a second mount in a complementary colour to your preserved flowers.

C. Please confirm which type of glass ?

All of our pictures are glazed with a specialist conservation glass which will take out 95 per cent of ultra view light helping maintain the colours in your flowers. 

You may like to consider adding Ultra View glass to your order instead of our standard. This is a bit more expensive but the glass has similar ultra view protection qualities but little reflection making it appear almost invisible.

D.Do you want your picture engraved ? 

It is a lovely idea to have the glass engraved with your names and wedding date (£40.00) or maybe a special message (charged by the letter).  

These are half price when ordered with your framed bridal bouquet.

Available for just £80.00 when purchased with a framed bouquet, taking a few flowers from your bouquet we can create a small display in a 8 x 6 antiqued silver frame with a single cream mount.

These make beautiful gifts for those who were part of your special day. (If you can bear to give them away!)

They are also ideal for buttonholes or corsages that you may not want included in your main display.

Paperweights are a lovely way of keeping single flowers that have been preserved 3d from your bouquet or maybe a buttonhole or corsage.

Prices for Paperweights

£75.00 each when purchased with a framed display

OR 1 x paperweight £170.00

2 x paperweights £120.00 each

3 x paperweights £110.00 each

4 x paperweights £100 each

5 x paperweights £85 each

Once we receive your order form we will send you a break down of the costs.

If you are then ready to proceed , we'll need a second payment increasing your deposit to fifity per cent.

We will then be in touch for the final balance four weeks before completion.

Our lead time will vary depending upon the time of year and averages 18 weeks.

Colour and Texture change

As detailed in our terms and conditions, flowers will change colour and texture when they are preserved due to the removal of moisture which is an essential part of their preservation.

If you would like to know more about the results to expect from your flowers please do not hesitate to get in touch.

It is important to understand that results in flower preservation will vary depending upon the variety, quality and pigment of the flower that is being preserved.

Refunds are not given when these changes occur.
