When I do a test of my form and then create the pdf for my records not all fields are visible? I need these all to show up. I have even searched your previous questions and done as indicated, removed and created new fields but they still don't show up. Specifically the areas with the terms & conditions as I need to show that the client agrees to these and I want the wording visible

Hi,
Please update your PDF layout and disable the Hide empty form field options.
In this way, all fields will be shown in your PDF.
If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of the missing field so we can check it further. To post a screenshot here in the Forum, please follow this guide:

Hi this still isn't working. The field I'm looking for is showing up on the form submission but it doesn' tshow up when I try to download a pdf of the document. It is the terms & conditions section close to the bottom. It is long text but has a quesiton at the bottom, I want all of the wording from the question on the pdf document for proof of agreement to the terms & conditions. I actually want to make sure that every single field in my document shows up on both the email notification I receive as well as in the pdf that I create after the submission has been received.

I still am not seeing all of the necessary fields when I convert my jotform document into a pdf document. I need to see all fields not left empty and that's not happening.
For example I have this information showing on the intake form
but when I change to pdf it disappears

My submissions page does not show all of the data captured in the form when I convert to a pdf document, this is very frustrating

To my understanding, you are referring to these text in your form and you would like that to appear on the PDF copy of the submission and the submissions page of your form.
I have checked the field and it appears that the texts were added as a sub-label (description) of the Single Choice field and that is why it is not appearing on the PDF copy of the submission and on the submissions page.
You may recreate the text using the Text element on the builder page. Text elements can be shown on the submissions page and on the PDF copy of submissions through the PDF editor page.

I still cannot get the pdf to show all of the document. I can see it when I click on the submissions tab, I can see where they agree to the terms sign their name, etc etc but when I click the download pdf option the pdf goes out of order and page 2 is actually page 3. I just want to have my entire document convert to pdf and when I download it to stay as the pdf with every single field and question visible.
This is the form
https://form.jotform.com/193507072347055I am finding this so frustrating.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I suggest you recreate the form PDF document so that all the updated fields on the form will be added to the new PDF document.
You can do this in your form PDF Editor https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/193507072347055
for the new PDF document, select the Side by Side layout option.
after creating the new PDF document, there are couple of options you can alter in the Layout Settings.
1. You can modify the Page Settings option for the paper size
2. You can customize the margins
Due to the contenst of the form, it might be not possible to contain all the elements within 2 pages only if using the default page settings.
You have the option to change the page or paper size settings as mentioned in #1.
I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am not sure if I have understood the exact requirement.
Do you want us to design the PDF on your form? Please confirm so that we can check and proceed accordingly.

It worked...almost. There is still one section that isn't showing up on the pdf (the full terms & conditions) but I think this will be ok. Thank you for your help and patience.
