PAYMENT OF FEES POLICY:

Please read FULL POLICY posted on studio notice board.

Registration assumes full participation in the ENTIRE year of classes. You may cancel enrollment by contacting Nottingham Theatre Dance School. One full months NOTICE of leaving is required with FULL PAYMENT OF FEES.

ALL FEES ARE PAYABLE should your child attend or not - exceptions include two weeks annual holiday per school year with PRIOR NOTIFICATION.

I grant permission for NOTTINGHAM THEATRE DANCE SCHOOL LTD to use my data for purposes of video and to take / use photographs of my child whilst rehearsing, performing and in class. I authorise NOTTINGHAM THEATRE DANCE SCHOOL LTD to copyright, use and publish the same in print and / or electronically, including for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and web.
