TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When booking with Musicians4you you must provide complete and accurate information.

We will only accept your order when we send you an email that confirms this ("Confirmation Email"). Orders are not binding until Musicians4you issues the confirmation email.

At this point, a legally binding contract for the services on the terms of this agreement will be in place between you and us.

If you wish to cancel the engagement you must give us written notice.

If you cancel the engagement once we have sent to you the booking confirmation email, we will be entitled to charge half of the agreed fee

Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (£)(GBP).

If you have not paid, or have made no attempt to pay the booking fee within 14 days of us sending to you the booking confirmation email, you will be deemed to have cancelled the engagement and we will be entitled to charge you a cancellation charge, which will be half of the agreed fee. If cancellations are made on the same week of your event the full amount agreed will have to be paid.

Payment must be made no later than a week before the event.
