    Hi Heumann_Klemens,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, the form with the File Upload element is not working because you've reached the Upload Space limit. The Starter plan is limited 100 MB of Upload Space, currently, your account is using 114.78 MB of Upload Space. To free up your Upload Space, you will need to delete and purge form submissions/uploads. But before that, it's best to download your submissions and save them in your local drive for future use. Let me show you how to delete and purge form submissions:

    1. On your My Forms page, select the form you want to delete and purge the submissions.
    2. Click on Submissions at the top of the page to open Jotform Tables. How do you delete upload space Image 1 Screenshot 50 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10
    3. Choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
    4. Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
    5. In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash. How do you delete upload space Image 2 Screenshot 61 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21
    6. Now, Click on the Three Dots icon in the main tab.
    7. Select Trashed Entries from the menu. How do you delete upload space Image 3 Screenshot 72 Screenshot 32 Screenshot 32
    8. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
    9. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog. How do you delete upload space Image 4 Screenshot 83 Screenshot 43 Screenshot 43

Reach out again if you need any other help.

vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Antwort und Wertschätzung.

Es ist unmöglich, dass mein Speicher mit 114 MB belegt ist.

    Bitte überprüfen Sie die Anzeige.

    Hi Klemens,

I recalculated your Upload Space and cleared your form caches, and it's now at 112.64 MB/100.00 MB. I checked all your forms and saw that only this form has a File Upload field. Also, the form only has two submissions currently. If you believe that the Upload Space size is not accurate, we can look into this for you. We’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
