1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements on the left side of the screen.
2. Go to the tab Widgets and search for the Numeric Slider.
3. Click on it to add it to your form.
4. Click on the X at the top to close the Form Element panel.

To configure the slider

1. Click on the Wand icon right beside
2. Enter your values in the text boxes Min value and Max value.
3. Click Update Widget.
