Hallo,

ich habe einen Excelbericht erstellt und möchte diesen jetzt immer Montags um 8 Uhr morgens an bestimmte Personen versenden. Kann ich das automatisch in Jotform einrichten?
Wenn ja, kann ich auch einrichten, dass die Formularantworten, die damit verschickt wurden automatisch archiviert werden, damit sie beim nächsten Bericht nicht nochmal mit gesendet werden?

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, it's only currently possible to automatically send out a summary of form submissions via email on a regular schedule using the Digest Emails feature, not Excel report. I suggest contacting Microsoft for ways to publish your Excel file to certain individuals on a regular basis.
