Hallo Zusammen,
wir hatten schon öfter das Problem, dass die Formulare mit dem Microsoft Edge Browser nicht funktioniert haben. Das Problem tritt dann beim Abschicken auf…das Formular geht dann einfach nicht raus. Mit dem Chrome Browser hat es dann funktioniert. Es ist gestern Beispielsweise wieder bei diesem Formular aufgetreten: https://form.jotform.com/212062657007348
Woran liegt das und wie können wir das beheben, dass dies in Zukunft nicht mehr passiert und die Kunden das Formular nicht umsonst ausfüllen?

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tried replicating the issue by submitting it using Microsoft Edge, but everything is working properly. Take a look at the screencast below:

thank you for your answer. We had the same mistake again. Could there be a problem with Microsoft Edge?

Hi Michael,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Can try another computer with Edge as browser. I also suggest clearing your Edge browser history or trying to submit the form using the incognito mode. Can you check if the browser is up-to-date or if there are any updates available? Would you allow us to make some test submissions using your form and the latest Edge browser to see if we can reproduce this issue on our end? I have cleared your form cache in case there was some old cache data causing that issue. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
