Sehr geehrter Support,
ich verwende Ihr kostenloses Angebot mit 100 Antworten pro Monat, dann wird das Formular gesperrt. Danke für dieses tolle Angebot.
Ende Dezember habe ich die Anzahl von 100 erreicht, das Formular wurde gesperrt. Wenn ich Ihr Angebot richtig verstanden habe, dann müsste ich im Jänner wieder 100 Antwortmöglichkeiten erhalten, aber (siehe Screen) gibt es diese erst wieder ab Februar. Liegt hier ein Irrtum vor?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Now, coming back to your question, that's right. Your Monthly Submissions limit should reset every first day of the month. I checked your account and can confirm that it hasn't reset yet, so I've recalculated your Monthly Submissions.

Eliza, thank you for the quick reply. The limit has been reset. Thank you very much. However, the form is not displayed and the error message "Form over quota" is still displayed.
