Zoals ik nu zie zijn de formulieren (vb. Ontbijt Pidt) 'No reply'. Voor onze administratie is het gemakkelijker om hierop direct te kunnen replyen. Waar kan ik deze optie opzetten?

Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you explain more about what you want to happen? What no reply are you referring to? If you're referring to replying to the respondents, you just need to click on the reply button in your email. Check out my screenshot below:
