Wir haben unsere Umfrage aktualisiert. Nun haben wir einen falschen QR Code mit noch den falschen angaben im Umlauf. Wie kann man diesen deaktivieren, die Umfrage aber weiter laufen lassen? Beziehungsweise ich bekomme keine Anmeldebestätigung, der Teilnehmenden erhalten aber eine Bestätigung per Mail.

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked the QR code from the screenshot that you attached, and it's still taking me to your form, although in the original form URL, and not in the custom URL that you have set up. If this is what you mean, don't worry, only the URL is different when the old QR Code is scanned, but the form and its contents will be the same with the new updates that you do in your form. If that's not what you are referring to, can you explain a bit more what you mean by incorrect QR code with wrong information?
As for the email, I checked your form's Notification Email, and it's properly set up. I also checked your email address, and it's not in the bounce list, so you should be able to receive Notification Emails whenever you receive registrations through your form.

thank you for your answer.
We have since found out that a clerical error has occured here.
There was a second form created by accident on a different jotform account. The QR code in question had a link to the second, incorrect form which had no notification email attached, leading to the issue at hand.
