Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can easily change or update the email content of your Autoresponder Email, through its settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon on its right.
- In the Email Content section, start editing your message. You can also change its style or add more details using the tools available in the blue navigation bar.
- Click on Form Fields on the right to add specific data to the email content, to make it more personalized per form user.
- Once done, click on Save at the bottom of the page.
The steps also apply if you need to make necessary changes to your Notification Email settings.

Thanks for your answer.
there is an existing Email sent out in case a new lead fills out my form but I cannot find where I can access it so that I can change it...
Where can I find the existing emails ?

Hi Martin,
Unfortunately, emails sent to users go directly to them, which the owner won't have a copy of. Just like any other emails, once an email has been sent out, it can't be edited and will be as is. I'd suggest updating your Autoresponder Email settings first by following the steps I shared earlier. Then ask the form users to send another submission again, so they can get the most updated content that should be in the Autoresponder email they'll receive after.
But based on your most recent reply, you created an email that you sent out for users in case a new lead will fill out your form. Is this email created outside of Jotform? If so, you can check your email account for it, and you can edit it from there. Or if this was created and sent out using a different platform, you can check from there and do the necessary changes there as well. Otherwise, the information I just shared and the steps I sent earlier still follows.
