Probleme mit dem Form Output

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich bin momentan dabei mit meiner Form verschiedene Daten als Output in make.com zu übertragen. Ein großer Teil davon sind Kontrollkästchen (Einzelauswahlfelder).

Mein Problem ist, dass wenn ich versuche den Output zu ändern, dennoch der gleiche Output angezeigt wird.

Was ist mein Ziel?: Wenn ein Kunde das Formular ausfüllt soll bei mir als Outbut nicht der Wert rauskommen der ausgewählt wurde, sondern z.B. der Wert "x" für "Ja" und der Wert "y" für "Nein" entstehen soll. Wie ist das möglich dies umzusetzen?

Ich habe bereits versucht über "Berechnungswerte" die einzelnen Felder anzupassen, dass "x" und "y" ausgegeben wird. Dennoch bleubt der Output bei make.com gleich und ich erhalte immer entweder die Antwort "Ja" oder die Antwort "Nein".

We can add hidden short text fields on your form for every question and set up Update/Calculate Field to mask the value into X or Y.   Let me show you how to set it up:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (I used Short Text fields in this example).
3. Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
4. Now, right-click on the fields, and in the menu that opens, click on Hide.

Now, let's set up the conditions:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Update/Calculate Field.

4. Set the conditions like you see below:
