Hallo

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, do you want to disable the individual form submissions from going into the Jotform Inbox? Here's a sample screenshot of the Jotform Inbox from my cloned form below:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable the submissions from going into the Jotform Inbox since this is a default behavior in Jotform. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi

jea - that is what i want.
Is it possible with the enterprise Version?
I need several formulars, where it is critical, that the infos out of these Forms go only via email to the recipient.
Greetings
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hi Daniel,
Keep in mind that the submissions made to the forms you created are stored in the Submission Table and Jotform Inbox. If you don't want to store the data in the Submission Table or the Jotform Inbox, you can set up automatic data deletion. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings from the top bar menu, and click Show More Options.
- Then, click the Enable button in the Auto-Delete Submission section.
- Select a Deletion Period, and click Next.
- Finally, click Yes, Update.
Keep in mind that even if you set up your form to automatically delete submissions, the deleted submissions are still stored in the Trash folder where they stay for 30 days unless they are manually purged. Let me show you how to do it:
- On your Submission Table, click on Trashed Entries after clicking the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page.
- Then, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
You can also check our guide about How to Delete Form Submission Data to learn more.
Additionally, for your question, if the option to automatically purge submissions is available in the Enterprise plan, unfortunately, it is not.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
