Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. I have included a helpful article here on how to do this. After completing these steps, please close the browser entirely, reopen it, log in to your account and open the form builder to add the Submit button to your form. As shown in the screencast below:

1. In the form builder, click the Add Form Element button.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to find the Submit button, click and drag the Submit button to the form.

Give it a try and let us know if you're still having trouble adding the Submit button to your form. With your permission, we can add the Submit button to your form from our end.
