Estimados, junto con saludar me comunico con ustedes puesto que ha surgido el problema con respecto a los formularios que poseo, puesto que al momento de adjuntar un PDF por parte de quien responde, no es posible visualizarlo una vez enviado el formulario ya lleno.
El PDF aparece en el formulario recibido pero cuando se quiere visualizar indica que jotform no ha podido acceder al documento y aparece una apgina de "Not Found".
Adjunto formulario que ya presentado la totalidad de problemas con respecto a este detalle.

Now, let me help you with your question. That error appears when you are trying to open the uploaded file on a browser where your Jotform account is not logged in. You need to log in to your account or you can disable the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" in your account settings. Here's how to do that:
- Login to your Jotform account.
- Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
- In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
- Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section.
That's it. Now, you won't have to login to see/download files uploaded with your submissions. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Unrequire a Login to View Uploaded Files.

Estimados, me esta ocurriendo con las Fichas de Infraestructura, que no me deja visualizar los PDF adjuntos, y la solución que me indican ya la tengo realizada.

¿Te refieres a los PDF adjuntos en los correos de auto-respuesta de este formulario? Compártenos una captura de pantalla del inconveniente que se presenta al intentar visualizar el PDF para tener una mejor idea de lo que ocurre.
Una vez que contemos con tu respuesta, podremos brindarte una solución.

Estimados, esta imagen es la que aparece cuando el Profesional de Administración adjunta un PDF y trata de verlo despues.

Hi Subus,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
In your form, I saw that the PDFs you've attached to Autoresponder Mail were missing. Can you try removing the Autoresponder mails and adding them back? Then, if the issue still persists, will it be ok if we make a test submission directly to your form so we can investigate it further?
