Error en integración con Mailerlite

Hola, soy cliente vuestro y estoy teniendo un problema con una integración con Mailerlite.

Cuando quiero volcar los valores del campo "PUNTUACION TEST" de Jotform en el campo "Resultado Test" de Mailerlite (ambos son campos de texto), muchos de los campos aparecen como no seleccionables (en color gris), y no puedo enviar los datos que necesito.

Tengo el mismo formulario en otra cuenta de Jotform y la integración funciona perfectamente pero no da este error.

¿Qué puedo hacer?

I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

As a workaround, you can change the Yes/No Question element with the Single Choice element. Let me show you how to add Single Choice element on your form:

1. In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, click on the Single Choice element, then drag and drop it onto your form.

To change the amount of options in the element,

1. Hover your mouse over on the Single Choice element, then click on the cross icon that is near the option to delete it.

2. Hover your mouse over on the Single Choice element, then click on the Add Option button to add another option.

To write information on the Single Choice element,

1. Click on the field of the Single Choice element, then enter your information.

Finally, you need to connect MailerLite integration and the Single Choice element. Let me help you do it:

1. In your Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. Then, in the menu on the left side of your screen, click on Integrations.

3. Next, in the window that opens up, click on Add Field, and select the MailerLite field,

4. Finally, on the right side of the window, click on the Single Choice element that is on your form, and click on Save.
