tengo un problema con el espacio

Buenas tardes

recurrentemente presentó el siguiente inconveniente de espacio, cuando no tengo ningún envió guardado, por tal motivo quisiera el soporte para que esto deje de suceder y si en todo caso hay datos que faltan borrar de manera ocultar asesorarme para eliminar esos datos que ocupan espacio

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account's storage limits and I saw that your storage is within your limit but if you encounter this issue again you can follow these steps. Let me show you how:

1. In My Forms, select the forms with submissions you want to delete.
2. Then, click on Submissions on the top of the page.

        3.In Jotform Tables, select the submissions you want to delete and click on the Trash icon on the right side of the page.

        4.Click on Move to Trash in the Confirmation window.

You'll also need to empty your Trashed entries as they still take up your storage.

5.In Jotform Tables, click on the Three dots icon next to the main tab. Secondly, click on Trashed entries in the dropdown menu.

6.In the Trash panel on the right, select the submissions you want to delete and click on Delete Forever.

7.Select Delete in the Confirmation window.
