    Hello, I wanted to let you know that the survey does work correctly during the process, but it usually freezes on this page before finally reaching the confirmation. This can take about 5 minutes, sometimes 10, and in certain cases, it doesn't send at all. For now, I have chosen to disable the signature to avoid this issue; however, I would need a solution

    It is worth noting that this is not a device issue, as I have a high-performance device, just like my colleagues, along with a good internet connection. It was determined that the problem lies in loading the signature information. I wanted to evaluate whether there is a possibility to optimize this or if it is directly an issue with the servers or the survey itself.

    I tried to replicate the issue using an actual mobile device, but I was able to submit the form with a delay. Take a look at the screencast below:

    Can you share with us the App URL where the form is embedded so we can look into it? Let me show you how:

    1. In App Builder, click on the Publish tab on the navigation bar.
    2. Under the Quick Share tab, hover your mouse over to the Your App Link section and click on Copy Link button.
