Quedo pendiente

Hi compensar_info,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you tell us a bit more about the sheet in your screenshot? Did you create an Excel Report for your form? If yes, I cloned your form and created an Excel Report for it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
If you could tell us a bit more about the issue, we can assist you on this.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Sucede que en el excel salen columnas vacías, cuando este campo es obligatorio y ha sido llenado. Sin embargo, no se refleja esa información en la base de datos.

Hi compensar_info,
I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi compensar_info,
I was able to access your account, and went through your Reports, but I can't seem to find the report you created for this form. Can you share with us the link or URL of the report that you created, which is having the issue?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi compensar_info,
After checking your Excel Report, I found out that the reason why some columns are not visible in the Excel is because the fields are set to be hidden based on Conditions. Take a look at the screenshots below to see the conditions you've set up to show the fields only when conditions are met:
Tipo de evento, ¿Cuál? and Nombre del evento are only visible when Tipo de solicitud is equal to Evento presencial convocatoria abierta: cumbre, feria, showroom, foro, otro. If it's not, the fields in question will be hidden from the form fillers. Check out the screencast below to see the results on your sheet when Tipo de solicitud is equal to Evento presencial convocatoria abierta: cumbre, feria, showroom, foro, otro:
This means that your Excel Report worked the way it was supposed to.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Sí , el formulario tiene unas condicionales para que los campos se visualicen. Sin embargo, aunque se llene correctamente esos campos, no se están visualizando los datos registrados.

Hi compensar_info,
Since we cannot replicate it on our end. Can we do a live test submission in your form if we can replicate the issue even if the fields are filled out, the recorded data is not being displayed? After we successfully submitted the form, we will access again your account, and download the Excel file if the issue persists.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
