Hi Rodrigo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you currently working on this form? If yes, it looks like the Conditional Logic features alone can help you achieve what you want to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. While in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Select Conditions from the menu on the left, and select Show/Hide Field.
3. Set the conditions as shown in the screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
4. Click on Add Condition at the top part of the page.
5. Select Show/Hide Field.
6. Set the conditions as shown in the screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
