Se puede crear un formulario en horizontal??

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form, and you have already added form fields one below the other. Only a few form fields are placed side by side.

How do you want the form fields to be placed? You do not want the side-by-step fields placement? You can select the field and configure it to show in a new line. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the form field and click on the Gear icon.
2. In the Advanced tab, toggle the Move to a new line to the ON position.
