Las condiciones no funcionan

Buenos días, quisiera que me ayudaran con algo, no están aplicándose las condiciones del formulario que tengo especialmente en el campo cargo y ocupación tengo dos campos ocultos con condición pero no aparecen por más de que los he eliminado y creado y intentado diferentes maneras. Revisa por favor lo siguiente: arriba el segundo campo dice agregar Código ID. Se supone que si metes abogadoescandon@gmail.com, debe mostrarse el campo: Cargo que ocupará en Petroleum Services Logistic SAS - PSL.

Pero no lo hace. De hecho campos nuevos que agrego tampoco los muestra. No sé si el formulario se daño.

I've cloned your form, and it appears that you want to enter abogadoescandon@gmail.com in the Unique ID widget. Check out my screenshot below:

It's not possible to enter a value in the Unique ID widget, since this will be automatically hidden in your form, and it is used to generate a Unique ID for every submission. You may want to use the Short Text field to enter the email address. Let me walk you through this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. From the Basic tab, select Short Text.

Now, let's fix the condition:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
3. Click on the Pencil icon of the condition below.
4. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save.

Oh, que idiota he sido, eso ya lo sabía, pero a la hora de crear la condición, olvidaba usar el campo que se llama: ingresar código de usuario y lo confundía con ID UNICO, lo lamento. Gracias por tu explicación.
