Error 404 en El Envío Del Formulario

    Buenos días,

    Escribo para informar de un inconveniente que ocurrió al intentar enviar un formulario. Se estaba completando y, al momento de enviarlo, surgió un error 404 (imagen adjunta) . Luego, al intentar editar otro formulario, apareció el mismo error y así con varios formularios varias veces.

    Hasta las 8:48 de la mañana la aplicación funcionaba correctamente, ya que en ese momento se pudo enviar un formulario correctamente y también editar el formulario de otro trabajador sin problemas.

    Agradezco de antemano la atención y,

    quedo a la espera de una pronta solución ya que es de carácter urgente.

    Si, en principio el envío se ha solucionado, sin embargo hoy desde el perfil de administración se han generado envíos nuevos y no se han guardado correctamente en la ubicación en la que está sincronizada.

    Hi CodisoilSA,

    If I understand it correctly, the issue on form submission has been resolved but when you're submitting your form it doesn't save in Jotform Tables. If that's so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, after I submitted my cloned form, I was able to see the submission in Jotform Tables. I've cleared your form caches just to make sure it isn't causing the issue. You can clear the browser's cache and cookies. After that, log out of your account, close your browser, and log in to your Jotform account again to check if the issue still persists.

    You can also try to use Incognito mode, use other browsers or devices, and try to restart your device to clear any temporary issues. If the same thing happens, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
