No llegan respuestas de integración

stimados señores, buenos días,

Por favor, su apoyo con un problema en la sincronización de datos. Las respuestas no están llegando correctamente al Excel Sheet. Por ejemplo, en el caso de la solicitud 6041307194519224233, la columna "Compromiso del colaborador para la próxima evaluación" aparece llena en la tabla, pero en el Excel Sheet está vacía.

Ya he intentado eliminar el caché, pero el problema persiste. Agradecería su revisión y apoyo para solucionarlo.
