Necesito liberar espacio en la cuenta.
El último contacto fue hace 1 semana, algo no esta bien, no es posible que tenga que contactarlos todas las semanas para poder utilizar el servicio sin contar el impacto que tiene en mi operación

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and none of the limits are being exceeded. I’ve also cleared the form cache to see if that helps resolve the issue. You can also clear the form cache from your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
