Buenas tardes quiero realizar una consulta con respecto al total de envíos.
Mi cuenta tiene la capacidad de 500 de total de envíos. tengo entendido que se elimino todas entradas que tengo almacenadas y las elimino también de la papelera esa cantidad se restablece o me encuentro equivocado.

Now, coming back to your question, I have manually recalculated your Total Submission and currently, your usage is at 0 / 500.

Que dias se reinicia el contador.?
Se supone que el 1ero de cada mes el contador debe estar en cero?

Hi Luis,
We have two types of limits, one for monthly limit and for total usage limits. The monthly limits reset on your account reset date. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
Since 500 submissions is under the Total usage limits, you have to delete and purge your submissions. Which you've done, so my colleague was able to manually recalculated it. To have a better understanding on Jotform's account usage and limits, you can review this guide.
