Buenos dias,
Necesito liberar espacio de mi jotforms sin embargo ya seguí todos los pasos con respecto a la eliminación pero veo que tengo la misma cantidad de espacio y no ha disminuido como puedo solucionar esto ya que necesito que no se me bloquen los envios.

Now, coming back to your question, I have reviewed your account and see that you deleted your submission and purged it successfully. Your available upload space is now 9.15 GB/20.00 GB. It's easy to view your account usage. Let me show you how:
- On the My Form page, hover your mouse over your Profile Avatar on the top-right side.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
- Go to the Usage panel on the left.
