    Hoy me cobraron un nuevo mes y según yo ya había cancelado mi suscripción porque sólo requería un mes.

    solicito cancelar el cargo de hoy 8-feb-2025 puesto que no lo voy a usar

    Now, coming back to your question. Note that Jotform's subscriptions are recurring and they will automatically renew and charge you on the same date as the original purchase unless you cancel. Since the last payment was made within our 30 days money back-guarantee, we have canceled the subscription immediately and issued a refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 5 - 7 business working days.
