I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

We can create the set of fields you'd like to collect, and use conditions to show them based on the answer on the dropdown field. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left, and select the Dropdown field to add it to your form.
2. Next, label your Dropdown field by clicking on its label and typing in your preferred label.
3. Click on the Gear icon next to Dropdown field, then click on the Options tab in its properties on the right.
4. Indicate your options on the Options box.
   
5. On the Form Elements menu on the left, click on the Full Name field, and Dropdown field as many times as needed to add it to your forms.
6. Then, label your fields and indicate the options, similar to previous steps, on your dropdown field.
   

Now, we'll add conditions to show the relevant set of questions based on the value selected on your first dropdown field. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigational bar at the top and click Conditions on the left side pane.
2. Next, select the Show/Hide Field condition.
   
3. Next, create similar conditions below and click Save.
