Buenas tardes borre resgistros pero el almacenamiento sigue estando lleno, borre los datos de cache y aun no se actualiza el espacio favor su ayuda

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and your current upload storage shows 100.81 GB / 100.00 GB. Since you've reached your storage limit, the forms will be disabled. To fix this, you'll have to purge the submissions to free up your storage. Let me show you how:
- In the submissions table, select the submissions with file attachments.
- Click the Delete button, then click on Move to Trash.
- Next, click the three-dot icon beside the tab name.
- Go to Trashed Entries.
- Click on Select All.
- Then click on Delete Forever.
