Rellene automáticamente los datos de un formulario a otro.

Hola, existe alguna manera de poder traer información de otro formulario solo con un campo, me explico tengo dos formularios en el formulario A capturo cierta información y en el formulario B necesito con un campo clave traer información puntual del formulario A al Formulario B.

Por ejemplo, en el formulario A capturo ID, Nombre, Apellido, Fecha de Nacimiento, nacionalidad...

Y quisiera en el formulario B tener un campo ID que se conecte con el formulario A y me traiga los campos nombre y apellido del formulario A al B

Now, coming back to your question, yes, that is possible. If you want to prefill the form B with information from Form A such as First and Last Name, then you can use Form Prefill. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page, and then select Form Prefill.
3. Click on the Downward Arrow icon and select the form that you want to prefill from, and then match the fields.
4. Finally, click on Save Settings on the bottom-right side of the Form Prefill section.

Now that you’ve set up the prefill settings, you'll need to add a new prefill. Let’s do it:

1. Click on Add a New Prefill and select a row or the rows you want to be prefilled.
2. Then, click on the Create button in the right corner of the page.

That's it. Now, a prefill link's been created, and you can share that with people. When they open the link, the matched fields will be filled automatically. Check out the screencast below to see how it works:

If you want your prefilled fields to be read-only and not editable, you can change the options for those:

1. In the Form Prefill settings, click on Can Edit next to the prefill link.
2. In the dropdown menu that opens, select Read only, and that's it.

Tal vez no me hice entender, lo que pasa es que no voy a querer que sea siempre la misma información precargada, lo que quisiera es hacer algo similar a lo que hace el widget hoja de cálculo a formulario, pero en vez de usar una hoja de Excel que lo pueda hacer desde un formulario ya existente para evitar cambiar la hoja de cálculo todos los días.

Ya que el precargar, la información me va a limitar un poco

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers.
