¿Cómo hago para que los comentarios de un flujo de trabajo aparezcan en las tablas de un formulario?

Hola, quiero ver los comentarios de un flujo de trabajo de un formulario en la tabla.

¿Como los incluyo? como los ligo?

Y saber dónde puedo ver cómo funciona el flujo para aclaración antes de aprobar.

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately it is not possible to add the comments section of a workflow in Tables. The only one added to it is the Flow Status, as seen on the screenshot you shared with us. To see any details from a workflow aside its current status, you can check it from the form's Inbox. I believe this is also in-line with your second question on how the workflow works. From there, you'll see a submission's current workflow status, the outcome, the users who made the approval or any pending approvals, and their comments, if any. Check out the screenshot below:
