Los formularios no se cargan en mi cuenta.

Buenas tardes,

LLevo varios día intentado hacer cambios de formato en un formulario, hago los cambios de color y no me cargan en la vista previa. Y cuando hago dos o tres cambios de color se me queda el formulario en blanco aunque estén seleccionados los colores en las paletas.

Lo he rehecho y sigue dando los mismo problemas. He limpiado caché de los formularios, del navegador, he probado en varios dispositivos, con diferentes redes de internet y diferentes navegadores como mozilla.

Y ahora además no me carga la página de inicio, se queda tal y como se ve en la imagen.

Now, coming back to your question, we recently experienced an issue with forms not loading on user accounts, but we have resolved it. Can you try logging into your account and check if the issue happens again? You can try using another browser, or in incognito mode for testing purposes.

No se ve la foto que tengo cargada para el fondo ni tampoco los colores. Ya he probado en buscadores de incógnito y sigue sin funcionar. Cuando hago cambios no se cargan en la vista previa.

Can you try switching to another Form Theme, then replace the background image? I tried it on my cloned form, and it seems to work. Check out the image below:

1. In Form Builder, click on Paint Roller icon then go to Image tab.
2. Change the Theme to any of the available options, then click on Custom.
3. Remove the existing background image and replace it with your desired image.
