Como puedo descargar todos los formularios y sus envíos respectivamente de mi cuenta? Que sucede con la información almacenada de mi cuenta si no renuevo el PLAN que tengo actualmente?

Now, coming back to your question, you can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the Download All button. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.

You can also check out our How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF guide for more information. Alternatively, you can back up your forms and submissions with Jotform's Backup widget. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to this link and click on Open Integration, then on the next page, click on Create a back-up.
2. In the pop-up window that shows, click on Allow and select the forms you want to back-up.
3. Just click on Start Back-up and you'll then be given a link that redirects you to another page where you can see your list of back-ups, and that's it.

When you're downgraded to the Starter (Free) Plan, your account limit will also be adjusted for the Starter Plan limits. You can see the complete list of limits per plan here. Asimismo, tengo mas de 100 formularios con sus respectivas respuestas. Entiendo que se puede descargar las respuestas a los formularios uno por uno, pero intención es descargar tanto las preguntas del formulario (en PDF) y sus respuestas (en Excel, CSV) de la totalidad de formularios que tengo de una sola vez, es decir descargar un backup de toda la información de mi cuenta. Es posible?

Por otro lado, cuando mi cuenta retorne a la versión gratuita, aun podré revisar los formularios y respuestas existentes en mi cuenta? o estos se eliminaran?

To download all your forms and their submissions, you can utilize the Export Data feature. You can check out our guide on how to Export All of Your Data at Once. Once the export is prepared, you will receive a link via email to download the zipped data. Note that your forms will be downloaded as HTML files, your submission data as a CSV file, and uploaded files, all in a single ZIP file. 

As for your second question, when your account returns to the free version, you will still be able to review your existing forms and responses. However, keep in mind that you will be subject to the limits of the Starter Plan. If you exceed these limits, you may not be able to access certain features or submissions until you are back within the limits.
