    Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What do you mean when you said that your reset was not completed, and that you reset the date of the coupon? Is this about a form? If so, can you share with us the form's link or URL so we can check? It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.

If yes, that indeed happened because of the account's status. I found that the monthly submission limit for your account is at 2501/2500. Note that if you exceed the said limit, among other limits, your forms will be disabled and can't accept more submissions. It is either you wait for the monthly reset to happen, or upgrade your account to a higher plan to get more submissions. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
