NECESITAMOS UN BUSCADOR DE REGISTROS QUE BUSQUE EN TODOS LOS FORMULARIO DE LA CUENTA. YA QUE A VECES SE BUSCA A ALGUIEN EN PARTICULAR Y NO SE SABE CON CERTEZA EL FORMULARIO. O SE REGISTRO EN UN FORMULARIO YA VIEJO.

POR FAVOR, AGREGAR ESTA OPCION SI NO EXISTE.

Now, coming back to your question, At this time, Jotform does not offer a built-in global search function that allows users to search for specific records across all forms within their account. This means that if you are looking for a particular submission but are unsure which form it was submitted through, you would need to search each form’s submission table individually.

However, if you have an idea of which form the record might be in, you can go to the form’s submission table and use the search bar to look for the individual’s name, email, or other details. You can also export all submissions from multiple forms as CSV or Excel files, then use Excel’s search or filtering functions to find the record you need.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

I understand what you're saying, but that does the manual search.

We need your development team to add a global search and also a user ban system to prevent users from registering.

Please help with that.
