Hi Eloi,
Note that collecting passwords on your form is strictly prohibited, according to our Terms of Use. But you can add a Short Text field to your form, where form fillers can enter a sort of code. Then, you can use Conditional Logic or Conditions to hide the Submit button, unless they enter the correct code. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
2. Under Basic, select Short Text, and add a label.
Now, here's how to set up the conditions:
1. While in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Select Conditions from the menu on the left, and select Show/Hide Field from the options.
3. Set the conditions as shown in the sample screenshot below, and click on Save at the bottom.
