    Hi Eloi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, can you explain more about what you want to happen? What did you mean about the amount can be divided into several different accounts? Are you referring to the recurring payment options? This allows users to make periodic payments without the need to return and fill out your payment form each time. Most of our payment partners, like PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.Net and Paymill enable you to collect recurring payments. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of your Payment Form.
    2. Click on the Gear icon on the upper right side of the page.
    3. From the Payment Type, select Sell Subscriptions.
    4. Click on Continue at the bottom of the page. Image 1 Screenshot 30
    5. Click on Create Subscription.
    6. Enter your preferred Name and Price.
    7. Select your preferred Subscription Period.
    8. Once you're done setting up your subscription, click on Save at the bottom of the page. Image 2 Screenshot 41

To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Set Up a Recurring Payment Option. If this is not what you're referring to, can you give us example of what you want to happen?

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Hola.

    Hi Eloi,

To my understanding, you want to divide the payments into three payments and send it to your three different payment accounts. Is that right? Unfortunately, we don't have a direct way to this. But, you can have three different forms for this. One for the face cream, one for the eye cream, and the last one is both for the face and eye cream. You can clone your first form so you don't have to start from scratch:

    1. On your My Forms page, select your main form.
    2. Click on More on the right side of the page.
Image 1 Screenshot 90

Let's now get the form URL:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Quick Share from the left side window.
    3. From Share With Link, click on Copy Link.¿Cómo se puede dividir el pago en varias cuentas? Image 2 Screenshot 101

Since you already have a single choice element for a product selection, you can now add an iFrame Embed widget to your main form Let's do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. From the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed. Image 3 Screenshot 112
    3. Click on the Wand icon of the iFrame Embed widget.
    4. Paste the URL of your other form in the Form URL field.
    5. Click on Update at the bottom of the page. Image 4 Screenshot 123

Let's now set up a Show/Hide Field condition:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
Image 5 Screenshot 134
    4. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page.¿Cómo se puede dividir el pago en varias cuentas? Image 6 Screenshot 145
    5. Here are all the conditions that I've set up:¿Cómo se puede dividir el pago en varias cuentas? Image 7 Screenshot 156
