Vous trouverez ci-dessous le formulaire abrégé que vous devez remplir pour candidater au programme d'incubation U Lab à tout moment de l'année.
Tous les documents et formulaires téléchargés peuvent être rédigés en français ou en anglais.
Veuillez vous assurer que vous disposez de toutes les informations nécessaires avant de commencer à remplir le formulaire. Votre navigateur peut stocker les informations dans la mémoire cache, mais vous ne pourrez pas sauvegarder un formulaire partiellement rempli. Toutefois, dès que vous aurez rempli tous les champs obligatoires, vous pourrez soumettre le formulaire et recevoir un courriel avec un lien qui vous permettra d'accéder à votre demande et de la modifier. Vous pourrez continuer à modifier les choses et seule la dernière version soumise sera prise en compte.

Le U Lab va incuber au Learning Planet Institute des projets de nouvelles formations pour accompagner les Enseignants Chercheurs (EC) et doctorants d’UP souhaitant innover ou développer des innovations dans le domaine science-société et en particulier dans les interactions entre l'université et la ville sous la forme de projets mobilisants les savoir-faire.

Below is the short form you are requested to complete in order to apply to the U Lab incubation program at any time of the year.
All uploaded documents and form entries can be in French or in English.
Please make sure you have all the necessary information before you start filling out the form. The U Lab will incubate at the Learning Planet Institute new training projects to support UP's professors (EC) and doctoral students wishing to innovate or develop innovations in the science-society field and in particular in the interactions between the university and the city in the form of projects mobilizing know-how.
